Information we use

We receive information you provide through our forms, your account or communications with the restaurant. Fields marked as required are needed for the requested service; other fields are optional.

• Orders: name, phone number, email, selected items, notes, reported allergies, pickup date and time, amounts, tip and payment references. We use this information to prepare your order, contact you and manage follow-up.
• Reservations, when offered or recorded by our team: contact details, date, time, party size and special requests, to arrange your visit and send confirmations and reminders.
• Customer account: phone number, temporary sign-in codes, name, email and optional date of birth. Your account lets you view your history and prefill certain forms. Our team may add service notes to help manage customer follow-up.
• Gift cards: buyer and recipient names and emails, buyer phone number, optional message, amount, certificate code and payment or redemption status. These are used to issue, deliver and validate the gift card. Make sure you are authorized to provide the recipient’s contact information.
• Allergies: provide only information relevant to preparing your meal. Staff handling your order or reservation may see it, and it may appear on kitchen tickets.

Confirmations and communications

Your contact details are used for service messages: sign-in codes, confirmations, reminders and follow-up for a reservation, order or gift card.

Signing up for news and offers is separate and optional when offered. Use the unsubscribe link in promotional emails or ask us to remove your subscription. Unsubscribing does not stop messages needed for a service you have already requested.

Payments and service providers

Online payments are processed by PayPal. We record the amount, payment status and transaction references; the restaurant’s forms do not collect your full card number or security code. Information entered directly with PayPal is also governed by its privacy policy.

Depending on the service used and active integrations, information is sent to Brevo for email, Twilio for SMS and Google Calendar for reservation management. Hosting and technical maintenance providers support the website and its data.

Information needed for an order, including contact details, items, notes and allergies, may be sent to the restaurant’s Colossale point-of-sale system and printing tools to prepare meals and produce receipts.

Authorized staff access information needed for their duties. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Some providers may process or host information outside Québec, including elsewhere in Canada or in the United States.

Cookies and website statistics

Cookies are used to maintain your session and recognize a browser for traffic statistics. The table describes this website’s cookies; PayPal and external websites may have their own settings.

The visit counter currently runs automatically. It records a random browser identifier, date, page-view count and last page visited. These statistics do not contain your name, email or IP address, but the identifier can recognize the same browser. Hosting services may also process technical data, such as an IP address, to deliver requests and secure the website.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may limit account sign-in, access to history or certain payment features. Deleting a cookie does not erase records already held by the restaurant.

Retention and protection

Records are kept for service processing and follow-up, customer history, gift-card management and applicable accounting or legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and relevant obligations; contact us to learn the period applicable to your information or request deletion where permitted by law. Session expiry does not automatically delete your account or purchases.

The website uses HTTPS. Customer and administration areas are protected by authentication mechanisms. Do not share sign-in codes, personal management links or gift-card codes. No transmission or storage method provides absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to your information, correction and, where the legal conditions are met, a computerized copy in a structured, commonly used format. You may also withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to retention obligations and legal exceptions. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing a service that requires the information.

Send your request or complaint to the contact below. Identify the relevant service and what you are requesting, without sending card numbers or sign-in codes. Reasonable identity verification may be required. Access and correction requests are handled within the statutory timelines, generally 30 days. External content and links

Some images are loaded from external providers, which means your browser communicates with those providers. Links to Google Maps, social networks or delivery platforms lead to separate services with their own policies.
